Moreover, TimeTracker Pro boasts the most extensive set of preferences available, giving you full control over customizing the app to suit your needs.

The app provides easy-to-use screens for recording your entries, complete with a custom keyboard entry featuring calculator functions. It also offers convenient smart functions that streamline data entry, such as remembering client rates once selected. Additionally, TimeTracker Pro keeps a frequently used list for fields like "Client," "Project," and "Description," enabling one-tap entry for increased efficiency.

When it comes to reviewing your entries, TimeTracker Pro provides comprehensive options. The app displays the total earnings for each log on the Log view screen and allows you to sort time entries by various parameters like date, client, task, project, and rate. It also offers customizable display options for additional information on each entry.

TimeTracker Pro shines in its reporting capabilities. It offers flexible and powerful reporting features, allowing you to choose between attractive PDF or CSV formats for Excel imports. The app enables you to easily email your time sheet reports and export them to Dropbox or directly to your Mac or PC via a Wi-Fi connection. This feature has proven popular with accountants, as the templates provided by TimeTracker Pro contain all the necessary key information.

TimeTracker Pro also excels in providing customizable time tracking features. The app allows you to create custom rates using hourly, per visit, or per day options. It can automatically calculate overtime worked as well as categorize your time into "Work," "Vacation," "Sick," or "Other."

With its support for major currencies, TimeTracker Pro ensures international compatibility. The app also offers sync capabilities, enabling you to keep your data synchronized between multiple devices such as your iPhone and iPad.

To safeguard your data, TimeTracker Pro provides backup options. You can back up your data to iCloud or directly to your computer via a Wi-Fi connection or Dropbox. For added security, the app includes the option to set a password for access.

TimeTracker Pro is available as a free installation with up to 25 entries. After reaching the 25-entry limit, users will need to subscribe to either a monthly or yearly subscription. However, the initial subscription includes a two-week trial period with unlimited usage before any charges apply. Payment for subscriptions is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase, and automatic renewal is enabled unless deactivated at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
